Why is the board static? Can I post instantly?

DevOpsSchool.org is a fully static site — no backend, no database. Every post is reviewed by a human before publishing, which keeps the board free of spam and fake referrals.

How do referrals work here?

Each job is posted by a real employee willing to refer candidates. Use the "Request Referral" button to email them directly — follow their referral instructions exactly to maximize your chances.
